Technological properties of sheet titanium alloys VT6

چکیده

This paper presents a comprehensive study of the microstructure, mechanical and technological properties (formability weldability in solid state) sheet blanks made titanium alloy VT6, developed specifically for superplastic forming diffusion bonding (SPF / DB) PJSC VSMPO-AVISMA Corporation using various technologies. The conducted studies have it possible to establish that sheets VT6 with different microstructure temperature range 850 – 920°C exhibit good properties. Studies experimental show their high formability under superplasticity conditions. relative length pores zone solid-phase joints is from 5.3 1.8 %, equivalent deformation during SPF 1500 2700 %. states are very similar. results obtained allow us recommend this manufacture hollow structures by DB process superplasticity.
